Membership

Membership for 2024 is due to be paid for members and intending members. If paid before the 20th December 2023 your membership will commence from Jan 2024. The fee is €78 for full membership. Of this, €55 goes to The Federation of Irish Beekeeper's Associations (FIBKA).      €39 for each additional family member. More details on fees are available on the form itself once downloaded.

Full membership covers:

1. The Federation Affiliation Fee
   
2. 3rd party public liability insurance for the year
   
3. Each member will receive a 12 Months subscription to An Beachaire, FIBKA's Magazine

Associate Membership

FIBKA rules determine that only full members of another Association are eligible to apply for Associate membership. Associate membership is fixed at €20. Membership and Associate membership includes attendance at Limerick Beekeepers Association Lecturers, meetings and mentoring throughout the year. Junior Membership (U16) is free and the FIBKA Capitation will be sponsored by LBKA.
